The school starts with a welcome reception + welcome lecture in the evening of Sunday 22nd of September 2024. Therefore, please make sure that you arrive in Bandol at the latest by 18 (6pm) on that day. There is full-day teaching program Monday-Wednesday, an extended morning program on Thursday but with the afternoon free that day, and again full-day teaching program on Friday-Saturday. On Saturday evening the school ends with a farewell buffet with a special farewell lecture. You should book your travels such that you depart from Bandol in the morning of Sunday 29th of September. All students will be accommodated in Golf Hotel in rooms of double or triple occupancy (shower, toilet and two/three separated beds). The registration fee includes seven nights of accommodation with breakfast, five lunches, the welcome and farewell buffets, lectures, lab sessions and lecture notes (in digital format). The registration fee will be announced during the spring of 2024.
If you prefer a single room it may be possible, but the rate is significantly higher, as most of the school cost is for accommodation. Please let us know upon registration if you want a single room at the higher cost. The number of single rooms is limited.
You register for participation by filling out the registration form on this website. Provided that the school is not yet fully booked, you will then receive the instructions for paying the registration fee, at the earliest during spring–summer 2024. As soon as this has been received, you are officially registered. Applications will be registered chronologically as the registration fees are received.
