We have organized special rates with two hotels in Luxembourg, Grand Hotel Victor Hugo (Best Western) and City Hotel. The rooms blocked at our rate must be booked before 1st of February 2017 for Grand Hotel Victor Hugo and before 15th of February 2017 for City Hotel. Please do not book on the hotel website, but fill out the following forms and fax* them to the hotel. Otherwise you will not get the special rate.
*Never e-mail sensitive information like your credit card data. If you do not have access to a fax machine, then e-mail the form without the credit card information, and call the hotel and give them the credit card data on the phone.
