*Later submissions of poster abstracts can be accepted only on a space-available basis.
Important: We do not have arrangements with any company to manage the conference, whether in organization, transportation, accommodation, or logistics. Any e-mail asking or offering to help you with booking accommodation or transportation arrangements is not from us. The only official conference e-mail address is glcc2026[at]lcsoftmatter[dot]com.
Abstract Submission
To submit your abstract, please use the abstract template provided in Word format. Please submit your abstract as a single-page PDF (< 5 MB) through the submission form before the deadline (16 January); late submissions will only be considered for posters.

Due to this event being a small conference with the aim to keep costs as low as possible, we are not able to offer support to non-invited attendees.

Registration for GLCC is a two-step procedure:
Complete the online registration form below.
You will receive an invoice by e-mail (to the e-mail address indicated in registration) with payment details; you can pay either by credit card or bank transfer, following the instructions on the invoice. Your registration will be confirmed once the payment has been received.
Note: we are not able to accept payments until January 2026. We will provide more information once payments become possible.
Refund Policy (Registration Terms and Conditions)
If you cancel your registration before payment is sent by sending an e-mail to glcc2026 [at] lcsoftmatter [dot] com, or within the fourteen calendar days after payment is received: provided you cancel before the first day of the conference, no payment or costs will be due and you will be due a full refund of all monies paid, less payment processing fees (L-222.7 Code de la consommation).
After the fourteen-day right of withdrawal, but on/before 15 March 2026: you will receive a refund of the paid registration fees, less 20% (to cover handling fees).
After 15 March 2026: No refund is possible.
Once you have paid the registration fees, it may be possible to transfer your registration fee to another person if you are unable to attend; please contact us if you wish to do so.
