A 21-month postdoc position in structural bridge health monitoring under the BriCE project is now open! The project will look to integrate our cholesteric liquid crystal elastomer technology into continuous monitoring for bridge health. This project is primarily to be done in the Sustainable Concrete Structures group of Numa Bertola, but will involve a healthy amount of collaboration with ESMP. Funding permitting, this position can be extendable to 60 months upon satisfactory performance.
